Order Processing & Shipping Time

• We ship orders on the next working day. In any case, we will dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving the payment.
• In certain cases, we may take up to 3 working days to process and ship the order.
• We operate and ship orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• All orders are shipped through reputed courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Orders will be delivered within a minimum of 3 days and up to 7 days from the date of dispatch.
• While we strive to deliver on time, external factors such as courier workload may cause a delay of 0-2 days beyond the estimated timeframe.
• Delivery timelines depend on the location, courier partner efficiency, and local restrictions.

Delivery Locations

• Our delivery service is limited to specific pin codes/locations.
• Customers can check product availability in their location using the ‘Check Delivery’ option on the product page.

Shipment Tracking

• Customers will receive real-time updates regarding their shipment status at each stage, from order confirmation to processing, dispatch, and final delivery.

Multiple Shipments

• While we endeavor to ship all items in a single order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability, warehouse location, or logistics constraints.

Shipping Invoice

• All shipments will include an invoice that mentions the price of the products, in compliance with Indian Tax Regulations.

Shipping Delays & Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Our commitment is to hand over the consignment to the courier service within 3 working days from the order date or as per the estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
